About the Team
ZF is a global technology company supplying advanced mobility products and systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology. An IT Analyst I is responsible of the administration of production IT systems for complex production processes and automation solutions. This position focuses on monitoring, trouble shooting and repairs for computer systems in the production automation area and their associated data interfaces. 



What you can look forward to as IT Analyst I - Production System:

  • Monitors and ensures system availability for shop floor production systems.
  • Provides diagnostics for the data interface between the cell computers and low-level control systems (PLC). 
  • Provides after hours / on-call support for the plant IT shop floor systems.
  • Performs software updates and data backup.
  • Participates in IT shop floor projects or system enhancements.
  • Documents problems and solutions in ZF standard systems.



Your Profile as IT Analyst I - Production System:

  • Associate's Degree’s in a technical field.
  • 2+ years of directly related experience (in manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to think logically and analytically.
  • Good communication, organizational and task management skills.
  • Broad knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT.
  • Experience in providing customer support on technical issues.
  • Ability and willingness to work varying shift schedules depending on production requirements.
