About the Team: The Finance team is proud to have a very diverse department with colleagues from several different countries and cultural backgrounds. We have several employees with tenure >10 years! We are part of the next generation of mobility. We are on the cutting edge of technology and will be a huge part of the transition to electric vehicles in the United States and globally. 

 

What you can look forward to as a Financial Analyst II: 

  • Preparing and maintaining cost analysis for processes, products, and equipment for manufacturing of automatic transmissions.
  • Implementing tools and methods for cost planning, cost analysis, and controlling.
  • Periodic analysis and reporting of key costing data and metrics.
  • Identifying, calculating, and planning of the cost components of transmissions.
  • Working with production departments to determine cost impact of changes to manufacturing processes.
  • Participating in projects for cost improvement activities.
  • Participating in special projects for controlling and finance
  • Continuous work improvement activities for self as well as the company. 
  • Supporting annual budgeting for operations and capital requirements
  • Understanding and complying with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements and company’s corporate principles.
  • Other duties as it relates to this position.

 

Your profiles as a Financial Analyst II:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 3+ years of related experience in finance
  • Knowledge of controlling and financial functions in manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Advanced user of MS Office Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
  • Goal-oriented and works independently
  • Experience in working in a team environment
