Job Description
This role collaborates with maintenance technicians, the maintenance facilitator, engineers, and plant personnel to analyze building envelope issues and troubleshoot utility equipment that supports process operations. It also oversees plant construction to ensure contractors meet building requirements and, once construction is complete, manages daily building and building systems operations.
What you can look forward to as Engineer I- Maintenance:
- Lead high-impact site construction projects, ensuring contractors deliver quality work that meets all building requirements.
- Partner with maintenance technicians, facilitators, engineers, and plant teams to diagnose building, utility, and facilities equipment challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing equipment upgrades that enhance functionality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facilities equipment issues to support safe, smooth, and uninterrupted plant operations.
- Analyze workforce utilization, space needs, workflow, and equipment layouts to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure newly installed building systems meet contractual requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and performance expectations.
Your Profile as Engineer I- Maintenance:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 0-2+ years of maintenance experience
- Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge
- English language competency
