We are strengthening our team in the area of Commercial Vehicle ADAS (TVK) at our site in Gothenburg.

Your tasks as Customer Project Manager (m/f/d):

• Responsibility and management of projects according to ZF processes, in terms of budget, schedule and scope
• Primary contact for the project both externally and within ZF
• Lead a cross-functional project team and identify necessary resources for the project. Create a sense of community and demand interpersonal and communication skills and respect among members
• Communicate project goals and priorities to all involved individuals
• Responsibility for the execution of risk management, stakeholder management, time and cost management

Your profile as Customer Project Manager (m/f/d):

• Completed studies in the field of electronics, software, mechanics or mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector and in project management, market knowledge of customer and competitor trends
• Knowledge of automotive standards/procedures, general management and technical understanding with interest in product strategy. Management of cross-project resources
• Confident team player with excellent communication skills, including in an international environment. Proficient in presentation and negotiation techniques, as well as decision making, problem solving and resource management skills 
• Fluent in Swedish and English, German would be advantageous, willingness to travel internationally
