Responsibilities

• Lead  NA Packaging Engineering  Team 
• Promote   compliance with Packaging Standards 
• Interact  with Other Departments to  optimize  Management of  Returnable  Containers as acquisition , Control and disposition   
• Promote  Continuous Improvement  and cost Savings  
• Best practice sharing within the  Region  and Division
• Drive Evolution of Packaging  to Alling with  Company Strategies 

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of direct work experience in Packaging Areas 
• Leadership Skills
• Fluent English 
• Bachelor  degree 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office  , Advanced Level in Excel 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , analytical and problem solving skills, team player, good interpersonal, negotiation skills, strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
