Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing plans for internal and/or external customers.
• Manage CEA's (Authorization to purchase new equipment)/PWA's (Documentation of authorization to purchase tooling for a machine.
• Develop RFQ's (Request for Quote) Requisition to request a quote for new equipment from a supplier.
• Review SCAFF, SOAR, Health Chart.
• Review of manufacturing guidelines PGs.
• Review of LoIC.
• Lessons learned/ Process Guidelines/ Read across
• Analysis and evaluation of new production equipment.
• Generate balancing file
• Generate customer capability file (CAR, WORKBOOK, PDR, etc).
• LLD Event
• Forecast and budget control (MR11).
• Construction plan and equipment validation.
• Customer tooling identification
• Deliver drawings, 3D files and parts list to the maintenance team.
• Build PV parts and/or other validations.
• Execute Engineering Changes
• Document evidence in eBPW portal.
• Run @ Rate Demonstration of capability (Documentation) for new programs.
• Prepare daily activity reports for department management.

• Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, etc.
• Advanced English
• RFQ's (Equipment Quotations)
• Automation
• 8D's, PFMEA's
• Poka Yoke/ Error Proofing Systems
• Mechanical Design and Programmable Control
• Design Software (Solidworks/AutoCad)
• Lean Manufacturing
• Basic principles of Health and Safety
