¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Product and Process Quality Assurance at La Laguna SBS Plant!

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the customer and ensures that the product is shipped in good condition and meets the customer's requirements and specifications.                                    
• Work in conjunction with the production department to release in a timely manner the material produced.                                    
• Verify that quality documents are in accordance with the process and that the quality department documentation is in order.                                    
• Plan ahead for engineering changes and instruction of new programs.                                    
• Analyze and correct problems that affect the product or possible factors that may affect the product.                                    
• Follow up and troubleshoot performance or cosmetic problems reported by customers, as well as implement corrective actions and ensure their effectiveness.                                    
• Ensure that all equipment/devices that are installed or modified on lines that produce products from their programs are evaluated and approved to meet customer's federal specifications.                                    
• Comply with Safety and Environmental Systems Policies and Procedures pertaining to their function or area of responsibility.                                                                        
• Comply with the training plan determined by the company for their position and/or area of function.    

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering or related
• Advanced English
• +3 years of experience in Quality Systems
• Basic Tools/ Quality Area Car Handling (corrective Action Report)
• SPC Expertise
• Experience in reading blueprints
• Statistical Engineering APQP-PPAP
• Knowledge of AIAG customer-specific requirements
• Problem Analysis, PDCA, CAR, 3X5 Why ISO/TS 16949, QS9000
• Quality Systems
• BIQs VDA 6.3 Process Audit and VDA 6.5 Product Audit
