Position Summary

This position is responsible of plan, organize, implement, supervise and control the optimal operating of the operation, achieving the established metrics, in accordance with the guidelines, policies, procedures and criteria of quality, safety and environment of the company.

Responsibilities

• Establish the control and capital budget.                                                                    
• Generate manpower planning.                                    
• Plan production for all plant lines.                                    
• Meet daily customer deliveries in production and service requirements.                                    
• Produce quality products, and meet zero defect goals and/or establish strategies to achieve it.                                    
• Perform past and current service planning, scheduling, pricing, and production.
• Lead the work of teams and individuals to achieve goals.
• Serve external customers promptly and efficiently.
• Make assertive decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Automotive Industry
• 5 years of experience as Operations Manager
• Material Planning, Master Scheduling
• Production Control, Project Management
• Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing
• Finance Management
• English Proficiency
• Customer Specific Requirements
