¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Maintenance Supervisor at La Laguna SBS Plant!

Responsibilities

• Follow up with personnel in compliance with standards and procedures.                                                                     
• Participate in continuous improvement work teams.    
• Implement work plans that help to reduce downtime and achieve an optimal operation of the production equipment.                                
• Manage and follow up the PM program that corresponds to your area.                                                        
• Supervise and ensure that the personnel under his charge perform their work in a timely manner.                                    
• Comply with the Policies and Procedures of the Safety and Environmental Systems, Quality Systems established for their function or area of responsibility.                                                                                                
• Comply with the training plan determined by the company for their position and/or area of function.                                                            
• Supervise the machines used in the production processes, giving them preventive and corrective maintenance to avoid mishaps or accidents in any of the areas.                                    

Required Skills & Experience

• Career in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering
• +5 years of experience in:
• Predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance
• Pneumatics, Electricity, PLC Control Systems
• Sewing machines desirable
• Electromechanics
• Continuous Improvement
• Project Management
• Personnel Management
• Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting
