¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Launch Managers at La Laguna SBS Plant!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for studies of new program launches
• Identification, selection and purchase of new equipment, machinery and tooling necessary for the implementation of new programs, as well as the identification and selection of necessary equipment in general areas.
• Review the actions learned and Read Across for implementation, as well as the declaration in PFMEA.
• Review of BoM and submit this review to change control so that it is configured in SAP
• Initial issuance of PFMEA
• Develop documentation for new releases, work instructions, controlled drawings, model change sheet, parameter sheet, & production specification.
• Provide maintenance with physical and electronic manuals, 3D drawings and critical spare parts of implemented machinery, equipment and tools.
• Work with Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing during ramp Up to approve Run@Rate
• Ensure compliance with program dates and boarding
• Keep program timing up to date
• Maintain communication with change control of program status
• Raise a deviation to the implementation plan of the new program in a timely manner, as well as maintain evidence of program monitoring

Required Skills & Experience

• Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing.
• Advanced English
• +3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
• APQP, PMFEA, CP
• Line balancing
• Plan reading
• Project planning
• Responses to customer complaints
• Negotiation with Corporate & Clients
• Engineering changes
• Machinery quote.
