Position Summary

• Ensure and foster a good work environment.
• Improve the HR metrics such as Turnover, Absenteeism, training (at all levels)
• Demostrate a high level of awareness in Quality.
• Work as coach for the staff members regarding HR topics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Direct Labor and Indirect Labor Hiring Process
• Control and management of Headcount (Aligned to annual budget and sales).
• Design and accomplish the annual training plan.
• Responsible of manage the relation with the Union.
• Carry out the activities in compliance with the Safety and Quality Systems stablished by the company.
• Manage the compensation packages of the plant as well as ensure to be aligned with budget.
• Ensure the correct processes of DO such talent review, nine box, succession planning, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in the Automotive Industry
• 5 years of experience as HR Manager.
• English Proficiency
• Problem Solving
