¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as APQP, PPAP, Launh Engineer at La Laguna IRS Plant!

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure actionable dates for customer deliverables/measurables for the programs in their charge are included in the timeline provided by the Engineering Manager.                                        
  • Monitor and clearly understand scorecards and customer scorecards under your responsibility.                                         
  • Ensure expert level knowledge of the customer portals assigned to you.                                        
  • Monitor deliverables/measurables of the clients in your charge.                                     
  • Knowledge and communication at all levels in the organization of APQP requirements according to AIAG.                                                                    
  • Participation in SET meeting, giving support when required.                                        
  • Elaboration and follow up on approval of customer documents/formats.                                        
  • Coordinate and participate in customer visits related to the follow-up of assigned activities/processes.                                        
  • Ensure expert level knowledge of customer specific requirements.                                        
  • Review of AIAG Core manuals (PPA, APQP, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).                                         
  • Ensure that the approvals generated comply with the items required in the BPW (Build Plan Worksheet).                                        
  • Keep clients and team informed on the status of the PPAPs.                                        
  • Communicate to the team/departments involved when the product is ready to apply the change when approved.                                         
  • Validate all required documentation when there is a change to the product.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
  • +4 years of experience in:
  • Blueprint and Specification Reading.
  • Knowledge of G54, E211-212 Procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Products
  • Knowledge of Windchill
  • SAP/R3 knowledge
  • 8D(Problem solving)
  • GDPEP process knowledge
  • Customer Specific Requirements
  • APQP Process
  • Core Tools
  • Green Belt (Desirable)
  • Statistical Analysis
