About the Team
The Reman Team is part of Domain Portfolio organization inside ZF Aftermarket Division. We are responsible for global strategy of reverse logistic meaning how to get exchange products from workshops to our remanufacturing locations. In addition, we are defining our selling unit proposition (USP) to the market for better differentiation of our products and for global strategy of remanufactured portfolio in three business lines: passenger cars, commercial and industrial vehicles.
What you can look forward to as Global Core Service Head (m/f/d):
- Design and step by step implement innovative core management external service business models that create market differentiation and attract Customers to use the service;
- Identify core management service portfolio expansion opportunities through technology collaborations, organic/inorganic extensions, and strategic Merge & Acquisition roadmap development;
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure agreed solution of core management service (IT, logistics, purchasing, legal, compliance, finance, operations…);
- Create Business case for new business models and conclude it with successful approval of DIV Leadership Team;
- Ensure compliance with global regulations for managing legal aspects of core management service process;
- Build effective go-to-market strategies for core management services, monitoring market trends to identify new business growth opportunities.
Your Profile as Global Core Service Head (m/f/d):
- Business acumen with 5+ years of experience in business/digital business development, innovation management, and ability to identify and execute new business opportunities;
- Leadership experience: minimum 3 years of experience with strong global networking skills and ability to build trust relationships with stakeholders across businesses;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative, unconventional thinking skills and passion for technology, combined with adaptability to changing business environments;
- Project management expertise for planning, executing, and monitoring core management service implementations and driving time-to-market for new solutions;
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, English fluent is mandatory;
- Problem-solving capability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions, balancing technical depth with business strategy without losing sight of customer needs.
