What you can look forward to as Business Analyst (m/f/d):

• Do planning activities and analytics;
• Collect and follow up the development of defined activities/ action plan / internal projects i.e. planning, minutes, lessons learned;
• Deep dive into processes, align with affected colleagues and functions, and propose optimizations; 
• Development of standard reports and reporting tools;
• Do specific reporting’s, publish, make gap analysis fully on your own and talk with head of departments and team members to meet targets;
• Address and push topics without support to ensure that targets are fulfilled, and topics are done;
• Support department activities in urgent cases;
• Responsible for KPI and Measure-tracking the Target Achievement;
• Preparation of presentations for management meetings.

Your Profile as Business Analyst (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics or IT;
• Fluent in English;
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferred;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of use of digital tools such as ZOOM, Share Points, Power BI;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Proactive work attitude;
• Independence, reliability, confidentiality; good organizational skills and flexible approach.
