Team Lead EPS Rotary (m/f/d) Commercial Vehicle Steering Systems

We are looking for a new colleague as a Team Lead EPS Rotary (m/f/d)  in our Commercial Vehicle Steering Engnieering Team at our location in Gelsenkirchen.

Your tasks:

• Technical team lead for the core development and customer application of EPS (Electric Power Steering) ensuring that designs are in alignment with Portfolio Management and technology roadmaps while meeting customer, industry, and ZF requirements.
• Oversee design reviews, approve validation plans, assess results and recommend actions as appropriate.  Lead problem solving activities in critical areas of the business.
• Ensure proper use of sound engineering practices including adherence to GDPEP deliverables, PEP 2.0 design processes, IATF requirements and budget targets.
•  Provide direction to technical personnel in specific tasks and set priorities as required.  Provide assistance and training to technical personnel in product knowledge and the design process. 
•  Establish goals and objectives for Product Engineers and provide timely feedback on performance.

You profile:

•  Engineering Degree – Required (Mechanical Preferred), Master’s Degree – Highly Preferred
•  Outstanding leadership and communication skills
•  Experience and knowledge of Project Management methodologies
• Experience managing and supervisor people
• Strong commitment to relationship and team building for a global group
