Production Planning Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Planning Engineer at our location in Gebze/Kocaeli.

Your tasks:   

• To plan the production in order to meet the customer demands in the right time and in the correct quantity, considering material availability information coming from the procurement team,
• Ensure the preparation and implementation of monthly planning cycles.
• Make short and mid-term capacity planning.
• Foresee possible risk points and escalate them in advance,
• Control production to ensure that quantities and deadlines are met.
• Analyze the discrepancies with the plan,
• Follow-up of planning parameters and define rules with production.

Your profile:

• University degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in automotive sector,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP,
• Analytical thinking, team player, well organized and strong commitment,
