For our location in Gebze, we are looking for an Industrial Engineer (m/f/d).

 

Your tasks:

  • Preparing work instructions, process flow charts and SAP process routings & updating layouts of production lines 
  • Performing time studies, capacity analyses, layout / product flow analyses and line balancing
  • Developing methods for increasing efficiency & implementing methods for new projects 
  • Calculating the process costs for new projects & making ergonomic improvements in manufacturing processes 
  • Developing productivity increasing systems in production and material flow systems of operational areas

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with first experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams as well as to interact and communicate with different levels within the organization (including management, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and manufacturing operators)
  • Experience in working with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Fluent Turkish and English language skills (verbal and in writing)
  • Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit) and no military obligation for male candidates
