About the team and role:

As part of ZF Gebze Finance team, you will act as a key business partner in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, driving financial transparency, performance, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

What you can look forward to as Controlling Specialist:

• Managing annual budgeting and monthly financial projection process
• Project (portfolio) cost and profitability controlling
• Calculating, analyzing, reporting and accounting of production costs
• Making analysis about planned/actual price development
• Prepare company consolidated financial reports for management and provide overall reports to the group
  
  

Your profile as Controlling Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or related field and several years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of general accounting and cost calculation & MS Office applications and preferably SAP
• Fluent in both spoken and written Turkish and English
• Analytical thinking, advance problem-solving skills and team player
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
