ZF Gainesville, LLC has job openings for the position of Controller based out of its location in Gainesville, GA.

Job Duties: Responsible to compile and analyze financial and accounting information on behalf of the business; Coordinate external financial audits; Oversee preparation of, and coordinate the yearly TS, OP and FC; Establish & ensure internal control; Identify financial & budget deviations and trends; Initiate, monitor corrective actions for business unit, division, & plant; Perform project controlling for projects; Provide Balance Sheet & Income Statement accounting at Business Unit level and also consolidated for site, regional & divisional reporting; Monitor accuracy of product costing in SAP; Perform profitability analysis by product & customer and support pricing determinations; Responsible for preparation of financial statements according to IFRS & corporate standards; Analyze, interpret financial results; Advise, steer Operations, Business Units & Domains to increase profitability; Responsible for investment process inclu. profitability & post calculation; Assist FSSC with collection & vendor invoice issue resolution; Plan, budget, meet operational & financial targets for Controlling to maintain business plan parameters including allocated cost; Lead Continuous Improvement efforts; Track data & report on KPIs for controlling metrics; Coordinate projects & daily activities with plant management, other domain functions, local Business Units; Coordinate with other Domains & Business Units at site to develop & maintain common operating standards, processes & controls; Oversee activities of operations in escalation (not meeting KPIs); Implement Group Directives, other ZF regulations and tools and perform required reporting; Mentor, train, qualify team members; Ensure compliance with TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or other applicable standards; Ensure implementation of all aspects of QM-System in the "Domain"; and Participate in continuous development of QM-System for the site. 


Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in Controller, Accounting (or related) occupations, including 2 years of experience leading a team or department, and demonstrated experience with: A multi-divisional, international company that supplies product(s) to the automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial, or substantially similar industries; OEM customers and tier-2 suppliers; Several cycles of operating planning, budgeting and cost control; Cost or budget accounting for a business in the manufacturing industry with various departments having individual cost centers that contain labor, supplies, and depreciation elements that require support in managing those costs and budgets.
