We are looking for a new colleague in our department Corporate Audit Standards & Processes at our location in Friedrichshafen or optional in Düsseldorf or Schweinfurt

As an Auditor (m/f/d), you will be performing and assessing business processes. You will also be coordinating audit results with the management and tracking all deviations until they are fixed. In this role you will be elaborating and further developing our risk-oriented audit programs for existing and future audit areas. Additionally, you may also be performing special audits. We are looking for a highly self-sufficient and motivated person able to organize all aspects of an audit.

Your responsibilities as Senior Auditor (m/f/d):

• Independent planning and execution of audits of domestic and foreign companies of ZF with a focus on regularity, efficiency and effectiveness
• Conducting special audits, consulting services and improvement projects
• Coordination of the audit results with the responsible management and reporting to the Group management
• Identification, testing and evaluation of business-critical processes for effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with company requirements
• Contribution to, and further development of, risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new audit areas
   

Your qualifications as Senior Auditor (m/f/d):

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics or similar
• Professional experience in the internal auditing of an international company and / or an external auditing company
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience in English language so the significance of the matter being discussed is understood
• Careful working style, assertiveness and good communication skills combined with a confident demeanor and strong organizational, management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 25% - 30%) both domestic and international to support ZF’s global operations
