Wir verstärken unser Team im Bereich Human Resources am Standort Friedrichshafen für 6 Monate oder von März – September 2027:

 

Ihre Aufgaben als Praktikant HR – Recruiting & Onboarding (m/w/d): 

  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Recruitingprozessen z. B. von Auszubildenden inklusive Vorauswahl, Einstellungstests und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vertragserstellung für neue Auszubildende und DH Studenten
  • Organisation und Durchführung des Onboardings für alle neuen Auszubildenden & DH Studenten
  • Mitarbeit beim Marketing wie z. B. Messen, Schulbesucher und Veranstaltungen von und mit Schülern

 

Ihr Profil als Pflichtpraktikant*in Employer Branding & Recruiting (m/w/d):

  • Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Pädagogik, Politikwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook und Teams)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Interesse an Personalmarketing und Recruiting-Themen
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Studierenden- oder Ausbildungsmarketing sind von Vorteil
