We reinforce our R&D Efficient Power Electronics Team at our location in Friedrichshafen for a Master thesis starting as soon as possible.
This thesis is in the area of control engineering and electric machines.
Your tasks:
- Development/Advancement of system models in MATLAB/Simulink
- Implementation of automatic-control methods
- Development of computational methods and models considering physical relationships
- Practical investigation in experimental test rigs and validation based on measurements
- Literature research to the state-of-the-art as well as documentation of results and pointing out concrete action steps
Your profile:
- Engineer’s study in electrical engineering, control engineering, mechatronics, or similar
- Solid knowledge in the area of simulation/computation and control engineering
- Knowledge in MATLAB/Simulink desired
- Strong analytical thinking skills as well as the ability to work independently
- Very good communication skills in English
