Manager Partnering / Ecosystems (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Identification of emerging trends, business models, technologies and market opportunities as well as shifts in customer behaviour that require partnering or ecosystem build-up around e-mobility
• Driving the further development of the Ecosystem & Partnering strategy, set-up and development of the deal pipeline, evaluation of projects and analysis of target companies
• Actively networking with relevant players in the market and building a partner network of start-ups, accelerator programs, technology companies and universities
• Shared responsibility and support in national and international M&A projects together with corporate M&A and strategy, from selection and initiation through the entire process 
• Building an internal incubator and accelerator approach to simplify access for start-ups and potential partners together with Division Product Planning

Your profile:

• Several years of relevant professional experience in the M&A, in a VC or in an ecosystem/start-up environment
• Extensive project management experience, understanding of M&A processes and financial knowledge as well as strong affinity for trends, innovations and technologies
• Experience in building an innovation portfolio as well as accelerator and incubator program 
• Team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness and hands-on mentality bringing topics to the street
• Business fluent German and English and willingness to undertake project-related international business trips
