We are reinforcing our Information & Technology Team and searching for IT Application Consultant (m/f/d) located in Friedrichshafen. 

Your tasks as IT Application Consultant (m/f/d) : 

• Managing the relationships with key business stakeholders at all levels to support identification and capture of new automation and process simplification opportunities (e.g. MS PowerPlatform RPA, Chat/ VoiceBot)
• Engages with business leaders, process owners and SMEs to create awareness of for process automation services and technologies
• Support with the design and administer opportunity identification mediums such as workshops, crowd sourcing and self-service forms
• Completes, validates and feeds opportunities into the pipeline, working with the business area and IT to prioritise which opportunities to progress to qualification / development
• Work with business SMEs and technical experts to develop the process automation design, ensure business inputs are secured as needed throughout the development lifecycle, owning more broad and complex processes

Your profile as IT Application Consultant (m/f/d) :

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or IT or similar degree with exposure to Process understanding and/or automation as well as first years of experience in Business Process Analysis
• Process automation knowledge – preferably exposure to MS Ofiice Power Platfform, AzureDevOps UI Path, Automation Anywhere 
• Stakeholder management and strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience in business processes modelling & process flow documentation and Project Management skills – exposure to agile/Kanban is an advantage as well as critical thinking skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English language
