We are looking for a new colleague in our R&D Controlling Center at our location in Friedrichshafen, others (e.g. Saarbrücken or Schweinfurt) are possible as well

 

Your tasks as Head of R&D Controlling Center Div E (m/f/d):

  • Finance Business Partner and Single point of contact for SVP Domain R&D Div E as well as Sparring partner, supervisor and decision-making support for SVP Domain R&D Div E and Development entities around the globe
  • Supporting and challenging of domain performance from a financial perspective (Commercial conscience) incl. Target Setting and Target Deployment
  • Secure effective management of interfaces with both internal and external business partners
  • Monthly Controlling Review of the performance of the R&D department with Domain and Divisional Management (e.g. Domain RD Business Review)
  • Responsible for aligned R&D cost and revenue planning (in coordination with Sales / Business Center) within the scope of OP and SP
  • Leading directs around the globe to secure Controlling of R&D Reporting Units with a focus on R&D-related KPIs, Cost unit accounting (Kostenträgerrechnung) to enable a product-/project-based controlling and Investment Controlling of R&D related investments

 

Your profile as Head of R&D Controlling Center Div E (m/f/d):

  • Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or similar
  • Management & leadership experiences 
  • Flexibility in analytics, concepts and organization / processes 
  • Proven experience in change management projects
  • Excellent leadership skills/ Intercultural capabilities
  • Strong ability of communication and mediation between different stakeholders 
  • Fluent English in order to act globally
