We are strengthening our team in Controlling Methods & Systems at our Friedrichshafen location.

About the team:
In Corporate Controlling, we are looking for a new ‘Head of Controlling Standards’ advancing our financial steering model to the next level. You will be responsible to drive innovative projects developing controlling standards together with your Controlling Standards Team and work closely with Division, Domains, and Regions.

What you can look forward to as Head of Controlling Standards (m/f/d):

• Being responsible for the enhancement and adaption of ZF’s financial steering model (FMS) based on business requirements as well as accounting/tax/legal regulations
• Taking on the role of Project Lead / Corporate Controlling representative in projects dedicated to the transformation of ZF Group and impact on the ZF financial steering model
• Being the interface & sparring partner to all stakeholders within Finance Domain, such as Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Tax for all conceptual developments related to controlling standards
• Being responsible to govern and develop the Controlling key performance indicators (KPI) as well as translating the Controlling requirements towards processes, system & reporting
• Providing adequate Controlling trainings for the Finance and non-Finance community
• Leading the Team ‘Controlling Standards’

Your profile as Head of Controlling Standards (m/f/d):

• Completed degree in business administration/economics or comparable university degree, at least 6 years of professional & leadership experience and extensive knowledge in the area of controlling/accounting
• Proven track record in project management as well as goal- and solution-oriented, confident appearance when dealing with challenging stakeholders
• Independent, systematic way of working and strong analytical skills
• International & intercultural competence as well as strong communication skills in an international environment (German/English) 
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Think-Cell)
