Job Description

What you can look forward to as Training Coordinator:

• Ensure that all operational staff are trained to perform their tasks efficiently and with minimal errors. Monitor training needs in all operational areas and adapt programs to meet operational demands
• Promote individual development through targeted training and continuous skill enhancement. Ensure that new hires are properly onboarded and that current employees receive ongoing training
• Support the implementation and execution of safety and emergency training programs together with EHS.
• Develop and continuously update standardized training processes that align with industry best practices and incorporate new technologies (e.g., automation, digital tools)
• Collaborate closely with operational leadership, HR, and external training providers. Communicate training plans and objectives clearly to all relevant stakeholders

Your profile as Training Coordinator:

• Enthusiasm for adult training, ideally with a background in operations or logistics
• Communicative level of English language
• Strong communication and self-presentation skills
• Excellent speaker and presenter with a practical approach
• MS Office package (Excel, Power Point) should not be foreign to you
