Job Description

What you can look forward to as quality expert:

• advising ZF Aftermarket employees on ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards, customer-specific requirements, and methods regarding the QM system
• uploading and managing essential documents
• planning, conducting, and documenting internal and external audits, including international ones, according to standarts
• performing follow-up and effectiveness control
• overseeing follow-up and effectiveness control in the central system (ZAMS) and ensuring all certified locations conduct audit management via ZAMS
• providing guidance and support to various locations on audit-related topics
• conducting lessons learned workshops to enhance the skills of quality managers

Your profile as quality expert:

• experience in similar positions in the automotive field
• technical knowledge
• fluent knowledge of the English language
• experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011 auditing is an advantage
• communication and interpersonal skills
