Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)

About the team:

Will join a small, highly motivated team of three buyers in Europe responsible for the Vibration Damping portfolio. The team is characterized by strong collaboration, open communication, and an excellent team spirit. Working closely together, the team takes ownership of its topics and drives solutions with a proactive and hands-on approach.

What you can look forward to as Purchasing Specialist (m/fd):

• Support regional purchasing activities and strategic sourcing initiatives
• Maintain material, price, and supplier master data in ERP systems
• Support price negotiations and handle price changes
• Analyze supplier quotations and resolve invoice or pricing discrepancies
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and process implementation
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier risk assessments
• Collaborate in cross-functional purchasing projects and supplier meetings 

Your profile as Purchasing Specialist (m/fd):

• Several years of professional experience (in the field of purchaising is preferred)
• Very good PC skills, especially Excel and Word
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Planning & organizational skills
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, resilience, assertiveness, and willingness to travel
