Purchaising Specialist (m/f/d)

What you can look forward to as Purchaising Specialist (m/fd):

• Strategic purchasing support – supporting the Regional Buyer in strategic planning and participation in annual price negotiations (PPV, price negotiations).
• Price and invoice management – maintaining price data and resolving price differences and invoice discrepancies.
• System and master data management – creating and maintaining parts and supplier master data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) while ensuring process compliance.
• Supplier management and analysis – conducting price and MOQ inquiries, analyzing quotations, monitoring supplier performance and risks, and supporting the global supplier strategy.
• Audit and project support – preparing and supporting local audits and participating in cross‑functional purchasing projects and process improvements.

Your profile as Purchaising Specialist (m/fd):

• Several years of professional experience (in the field of purchaising is preferred).
• Very good PC skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Planning & organizational skills.
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, resilience, assertiveness, and willingness to travel.
