•Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
•Lead cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, engineering, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
•Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
•Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including regular project updates and progress reports.
•Manage project budget and resources, including tracking expenses, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
