Product Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Product Portfolio Life-Cycle Management.
  • Gap analysis to determine the means of product range extension
  • Implement range extensions considering sourcing, brand, range, portfolio strategy
  • Coordination of Re-engineering projects with factories/suppliers
  • Creation of business cases that lead to program development to react to regional, ad-hoc or long-term demand.
  • Ensure the availability of range & capacity at the supply base, support resourcing or insourcing if necessary.
  • Drive and coordinate the purchasing activities with the purchasing team
  • Driving Innovation with the suppliers by means of material, packaging content and part number proliferation.
  • Manage different product/material specifications in accordance with the market needs with optimum variations of the existing product standard.
  • Ensure the product specification policies are implemented in terms of data and price attribute management (consistent content of the offering, captive parts policy etc.)

Your profile:

  • Good communication skills - sales attitude
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics or BA / BA & Engineering
  • Experience in Product management in a comparable industry is preferred
  • Proficient PC-Software knowledge (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation)
  • Fluent proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Organize own workload and able to prioritize daily tasks
  • Willingness to learn and taking ownership of relevant products
  • Work in the context of certain guidelines but able to act on own initiative
