cílené/včasné plánování a nákup produktů a komponentů.
poptávkově orientované zadávání objednávek u dodavatelů; komunikace s dodavateli vč. požadované eskalace
včasné plánování a koordinace obchodních objednávek
řízení kapacitních jistot a úzkých míst; řízení zásob a výstrah, řízení zásob
proaktivní sledování knihy objednávek a kontrola nevyřízených objednávek

Jaký by měl být tvůj profil:

Bc. vysokoškolské vzdělání (výhodou), základní technické a/nebo elektronické znalosti
3-4 roky praxe na obdobné pozici (nejlépe v automobilovém průmyslu)
velmi dobrá znalost angličtiny, znalost němčiny výhodou
znalost ERP systémů SAP a/nebo MS Navision; MS Excel (vysoká úroveň); dobré dovednosti v MS Office (např. Power BI, MS Planer, …) výhodou
komunikativní, vytrvalý, proaktivní, asertivní

Material Management Officer EU (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Best possible target/on-time Planning and Procurement of products and components.
Demand oriented placement of orders at suppliers; communication with suppliers, incl. required escalations
On-time planning and coordination of shop orders
Management of capacity securities and bottlenecks; inventory and alert management, stock control
Pro-active tracking of order book and backorder control

Your profile:

B.Sc. University degree (would be beneficial), understanding of technical or/and electronic basics
3-4 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in automotive industry)
Very good command of English, knowledge of German and Czech beneficial
Knowledge of SAP- and/or MS Navision ERP systems ; MS Excel (high level); good MS Office Skills (e.g. Power BI, MS Planer, …) would be an advatage
Communicative, persistent, pro-active, assertive
