Material Management Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Material Management Officer to join our dynamic team and oversee efficient procurement and inventory management. What you can look forward to as Material Management Officer (m/f/d):

• Procurement of spare parts/materials, auxiliary and operating materials
• Ensure availability of spare parts for internal workshop and external customers
• Create production plans
• Process individual orders
• Eliminate delivery bottlenecks and monitor delivery reliability
• Dealing with supplier escalations and insolvencies
• Optimize inventory management
• Support change management
• Check and submit lead times for customer inquiries and orders
• Support local process expert (LPE) in implementation of processes

Your Profile as Material Management Officer (m/f/d):

• Previous experience as a Material Management Officer or in a related field (such as customer care or purchasing support, logistics specialist)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
• Very good knowledge of English. (knowledge of German is advantage, not must-have)
• Expertise in material procurement
• Familiarity with SAP
