• manage and develop staff, including holding disciplinary responsibility
• lead shifts, manage flow and prioritization, and ensure area readiness according to 5S standards
• responsible for safety issues, conduct risk assessments and audits, and actively correct unsafe behaviors and conditions
• drive improvement initiatives, track KPIs, and participate in process improvement from identification to implementatiom

Your profile as Logistics Operations Supervisor?

• knowledge of the English and Czech language at a communicative level
• experience in a similar position or from logistics is an advantage
• knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
