Become a Project Manager in IT Aftermarket Logistics who oversees large, cross-functional projects with high complexity and digitalization aspects, such as Business Master Solution (BMS) rollouts, consolidation projects, and merger projects. This role involves leading and directing project activities with limited supervision, applying independent discretion within semi-defined guidelines. The Project Manager will be responsible for Project Team performance, both Internal and External, managing medium constraints and conflicts, and leading without having formal authority. Serve as relationship linkage between divisions, business units, regions and global functions and IT.

Your profile

• Education – Bachelor’s, preferably Master of Science
• Experience on similar position (3+ yrs) or long-time experience in complex projects as team member 
• Project Management knowledge. 
• Fluent English, Driving license
• Decision making, conflict management skills, good communication and influence skills in cross functional/cross regional project teams 
• Nice to have: Agile, Waterfall methodologies knowledge
