Owns the performance management process relative to physical distribution including the design of standardized KPIs, the monitoring therefor and the initiation of corrective action with regions. Key goals are the improvement of competitiveness and excellence in supply to acheve sustainable growth.

 

What you can look forward to as Head of Global Performance Management Warehouses?

 

 

  • Leads and ensures clear transparency of processes of measuring the performance of distribution sites
  • Define and set the targets for DC-related KPIs in alignment with the Region Heads
  • Define Global Standards for Performance Measurement and ensure the implementation and training (if required)
  • Ownership of cost-to-serve and continuous improvement in own DCs
  • Ensure best practice sharing across all DC-sites globally
  • Owns SP Capex Planning Process in alignment to Northstar DC Technology Investments and aligns implementation plans with regions
  • Create and promote an environment of continuous improvement, ensure a long-term vision for DC, following the ZF-PS way with a clear correlation between action and results
  • Cater for the requirements for internal and external customers
