What you can look forward to as Head of Supply Chain for Region Europe:

• Develop, execute, and sustain the Supply Chain Management (SCM) vision and strategy regionally.
• Achieve regional SCM targets by setting and controlling annual planning targets and activities.
• Lead sales forecasting, capacity planning, and coordination of freight/customs management in Europe.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digitalization to enhance customer delivery performance.
• Lead and mentor the Europe SCM teams to adopt efficient and lean principles.
• Balance parts availability vs inventory.
• Manage Customer escalations.

Your profile as Head of Supply Chain for Region Europe:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with leading logistics and/or supply chain-related projects.
• Strong strategic agility, high influencing skills & ability to manage high complexity.
• Excellent change management and strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship management & Leadership track record of influencing others toward implementing key tools and strategies in a complex and diverse environment.
• Strong negotiation skills - able to forge strong relationships and maintain credibility.
• Experiences in problem solving and prevention methods.
• High competence to lead virtual, multicultural and diverse teams.
• Key stakeholder management.
