• Establishes supply visualization to create transparency of global material flows
• Eliminates double handling of material to ensure optimal cost to serve
• Identifies DFS opportunities and agrees activation of such with business lines
• Establishes with Business Lines a menu pricing system for supply optimization processes (full container loads, direct from supplier, intelligent distribution of inventories from supplier to customer).
• Establishes KPIs to track progress
• Feeds footprint teams with supply chain optimization potentials
• Researches market trends and transforms suitable initiatives to implementation
• Works with Purchasing and Material teams to establish optimized Total Acquisition Cost for material flows
• Works with commercial teams to understand customer demands relative to network management 

Your profile as Head of Network Management(or required skills and experience)?

• Project and Program Management experience
• 5+ years solid working experience in cost and performance analytics
• 2+ years solid experience in logistics network management
• 2+ years leadership experience
• Transformation experience and organizational development skills
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Business and finance management expertise
• Result oriented approach
• Customer centricity
• Warehousing experience
