What you can look forward to as Head of Global Footprint Design and Implementation:


  • Manages the SP process relative to distribution footprint establishment in line with Business Line evolution forecasts (market, customer, product)
  • Monitors market trends (technology and supply chain), geopolitical conditions and competitor offering and ensures medium and long-term adaptation of warehouse network
  • Owns the make or buy process (3PL) operationally and works with NPM to generate competitive and flexible solutions.
  • Owns the creation of standardized business cases for footprint changes.
  • Manages large relocations and new footprint establishment together with the required support function (tax, legal, real estate, HR, etc)
  • Manages the communication process relative to change of footprint
  • Assists the regions in small to medium adaptations and ensures adherence to standards


Your Profile as Head of Global Footprint Design and Implementation:


  • Logistics networks management 
  • Experience in leading logistics Footprint projects
  • Project and Program Management
  • 5+ years solid working experience in cost and performance analytics
  • 3+ years leadership experience
  • Transformation experience and organizational development skills
  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Business and finance management expertise
