Customs Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a Material Specialist to ensure and monitor certificates of origin, communicate with suppliers, and collaborate with the customs office.

What you can look forward as Customs Management Specialist (m/f/d):

• ensuring and monitoring certificates of origin (e.g., LTSD) from our global suppliers
• communicating with suppliers and resolving any issues
• collaborating with the customs office and the customer order department
• data management, administrative support, and creating analyses
• supporting the local team in supply management: planning and coordinating orders; monitoring and evaluating inventory

Your profile as Customs Management Specialist (m/f/d):

• previous experience as a material specialist or in a similar field (e.g., customer care or purchasing support, logistics specialist)
• knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
• very good knowledge of English (knowledge of German is an advantage but not a necessity)
• expertise in material procurement
• experience with SAP
