Customer Order Management Coordinator EU (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Order management: capturing and editing of customer orders, ensuring on-time deliveries, reporting; managing shipments and exports activities
• Regular proactive customer communication via phone or email regarding shipment dates, change requirements, forecast accuracy etc.
• Portal maintenance of customer specific platforms
• Review and clearing of discrepancies regarding customer shipments; cooperating with other departments, customs and shipping agencies
• Support of any activities to improve customer delivery performance

Your profile:    

• University degree (would be beneficial)
• 3-4  years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in an automotive industry)
• Good MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point); SAP (ERP system knowledge in general)
• Good written and spoken English language
• Additional language skills would be beneficial (e.g. Polish, German)
