What you can look forward to as Contract Logistics Specialist:

• Definition and implementation of international contract logistics standards, processes and methods.

• Management of subject-related projects (contract logistics). If necessary, also with interfaces to adjacent areas (e.g., optimization, development, testing).

• Technical collaboration on national and international SCM projects with a focus on contract logistics.

• Independent analysis of existing processes as well as the development of concepts and the creation of specifications with complex content (e.g., RFQ documents).

• Taking part in negotiations for contract logistics tenders together with corporate functions.

• Creation of standard templates, training documents and implementation of training courses.

• Acceptance of fault reports from the area of contract logistics, analysis of the cause, problem solving and process adjustment to avoid the causes of errors in the future in coordination with the specialist departments for the ZF Aftermarket locations.

• Execution of profitability or feasibility analyzes within contract logistics.

• Development of (complex) evaluations and statistics from IT systems at one or more ZF locations.

• Active participation in ZF internal and external working groups, e.g. in cooperation with benchmarking partner companies to determine and collect statistics, trends and market conditions.

Your profile as a Contractor Logistics Specialist  (or required skills and experience):

• Around 5-6 years experience in Contract Logistics.

• Successfully completed business studies, with a focus on logistics, supply chain.

• Good knowledge of the processes & systems related to operations.

• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office – especially MS Excel, Power Point.

• Ability to gather data out of the systems and creation of tailormade analysis, for example in Power BI.

• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines

• Intercultural expertise

• English (written and verbal) at professional level. German beneficial.

• Hands-on mentality and collaborate in a team environment.

• Readiness for regular business trips.
