Job Description

As a Commercial & Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities within Global Sales OES Passenger Cars.  

Hiring is possible in Frýdlant Czech Republic, or Poland Warsaw.

What you can look forward to as Commercial & Project Manager?

• Overseeing and coordinating all commercial activities, implementing best-practice processes, and evaluating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participating in regular regional and global meetings with local customer teams and key stakeholders to align business objectives.
• Implementing standardized tools, policies, and methodologies to improve sales metrics, with a focus on Sales and Margin quality.
• Supporting internal and external audits in compliance with existing policies and guidelines.
• Reviewing and optimizing current processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Your Profile as Commercial & Project Manager?

• A high school or university education in economic fields
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the field.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Controlling/Sales.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
