Business Process & Transformation Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Process & Transformation Manager to join our Business Line Passenger Cars OES division. This is a key role driving operational excellence, digitalization, and organizational transformation in a global automotive environment.

What you will do as business process & transformation manager (m/f/d):

• Lead end-to-end process management with focus on efficiency, compliance, and digitalization.

• Drive transformation initiatives that enable cultural change, agility, and operational excellence.

• Monitor and optimize KPIs & analytics to ensure measurable results in process performance.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment with business needs.

• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance with clear documentation and training.

• Implement automation & innovation to enhance process efficiency and scalability.

• Support project management excellence, ensuring milestones and targets are achieved.

• Act as a change ambassador, promoting continuous improvement across teams.

Your Profile as business process & transformation manager (m/f/d):

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in process management, business transformation, or sales excellence.

• Strong process thinking and proven ability to design, optimize, and implement workflows.

• Excellent collaboration skills across functions and cultures, with a global mindset.

• Clear and confident communicator with focus on results and impact.

• Excellent English skills, German is an advantage.
