Business Analyst Responsibilities​:

•  Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools​.

•  Liaise between various business departments and groups, eg between users/ customers and data owners.​

•  Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling​.

•  Co-create data governance model across Div. B operations to ensure consistent data quality.​

•  Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.​

Business Analyst Skills and Qualifications​:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. ​

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.​

• Understanding of complex data environments and ability to derive creative solutions to problems.​

• Expertise in mapping and automating processes and creating reports using systems like PowerApps/ PowerBI / Tabular (mandatory).​

• Expertise with Python, Pandas or Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (desired).
