We are looking for a new colleague in the Finance Department at our location in Monterrey.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with IT and Finance to lead and drive the data and analytics strategy across the Finance organization. Translate the business needs into tabular model technical requirements from source systems. 

  • With Data, develop insights and actions to drive smart decisions and improvements to shape the business.

  • Lead Robotic Process Automation initiatives where applicable.

  • Aggregate data using scalable and automated routines.

  • Leverage Lean Principles & Design thinking to create dashboards & reports that describe financial performance.

  • Seek out new methodologies and opportunities for simplicity to increase reporting capabilities.

  • Use Design System Management techniques to ensure consistent reporting guidelines are followed with self-service users.

  • Support OL, OP and SP Processes in review and analysis of data by developing the use of quantitative approaches with statistics and regression analysis.

  • Support Month-End Reporting (Domain specific for Capex, Inventory, Sales, Non Conformance Cost, and HR/FTE data.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; CPA/MBA highly desired 

  • 7+ years experience in Finance, Financial Services and Accounting resulting in solid background and understanding of financial management - preferably within Controlling/Financial Analysis, Operations and/or Consolidations

  • Excellent computer skills & relevant experience with Standard SQL, Python, C++, R, Tableau and Power BI tabular models or similar.

  • Flexible, able to adapt and respond within fast-paced and often-changing environment

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with professionals of all levels of experience and background

  • English fluency mandatory
