About the team: The Production Supervisor will inspire and empower production unit leaders by actively coaching, mentoring, and driving performance. What you can look forward to as the Production Supervisor:

• Being the first point of contact for any production issues and people issues. Ensure the team is trained.
• Driving continuous improvement projects to achieve the KPI’s target of the production unit.
• Driving Shop Floor Management and operational performance.
• Fostering participation and teamwork by encouraging employee involvement, soliciting input on process improvements, and using employee ideas whenever appropriate.
• Being responsible for employee and department performance, safety performance, thorough accident/near miss investigations, quality of parts produced, tooling usage, scrap control, housekeeping, performing required layered process audits, updating run plans and other daily issues.
• Ensuring employees follow all plant policies, procedures, and handling corrective action/discipline.

Your Profile as the Production Supervisor:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience. Must possess knowledge in manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Must have organizational skills, solid interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving skills, good computer skills (experienced with Microsoft Office preferred) and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work any shift
