Job Description
As part of ZF Aftermarket, the Director Sales, PC-OES leads the OES passenger car business in North America, reporting to the Regional Head of the Passenger Car Business Line and working in close coordination with the Head of Global PC-OES. The role heads the regional Key Account Management cluster for PC customers, defines and executes the regional strategy, ensures commercial excellence in alignment with corporate functions, and drives profitable growth and sustainable returns for ZF. It also plays a key role in expanding the business beyond the traditional portfolio.
What you can look forward to as Director Sales, PC-OES:
- Defining and leading the regional OES PC strategy in alignment with global/regional leadership, focusing on margin growth and market penetration.
- Owning all OES activities for PC customers in North America, including sales, profitability, new business, pricing, service agreements, and OE alignment.
- Overseeing KAMs and supporting teams (engineering, quality, SCM, etc.), setting priorities and ensuring financial results and new business development (e.g. OES2, Reman).
- Developing and implementing processes, standards, and tools to monitor and improve account performance.
- Building strong relationships with KAEs and senior customer contacts; drive business improvements and cross-functional collaboration across all relevant areas.
- Serving as the first escalation point for regional accounts and ensure resolution of critical issues.
- Representing the OES PC business in regional top management meetings.
- Leading strategic negotiations and sign off on contracts with key regional accounts.
Your Profile as Director Sales, PC-OES:
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of OE/OES experience with proven leadership in a global environment.
- Track record of success in sales strategy, key account leadership, and business development.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting internal and external partnerships.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and driving organizational improvement.
- Solid technical understanding of ZF products and their applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future.
