About the Team
Join a collaborative team of Category Managers focused on delivering top-tier Original Equipment Service (OES) solutions. In this role, you’ll manage a wide range of brake system components, driving innovation and long-term strategy across multiple areas. You’ll work cross-functionally with different teams, including engineering, supply chain, purchasing, and sales, while playing a key role in future launches. This is a dynamic opportunity to influence product lifecycle management and make a tangible impact on a global automotive brand.
What you can look forward to as an OES Category Manager
- Create, launch, and track a long-term product roadmap aligned with customer needs, service strategy, and business goals
- Introduce and manage new OES components ensuring compliance with internal standards and processes
- Drive process improvement on data analytics and lifecycle management
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes across all functions: Supply Management, Planning, Quality and Production
- Coordinate with OE Braking on future product launches
- Manage and communicate project milestones and KPI tracking
Your Profile as an OES Category Manager
- Bachelors Degree in project management, marketing, engineering or related
- Minimum 4+ years of automotive OE or OES experience
- Ability to read and interpret product drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, cPlace, PIMS and other product related software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Sharepoint, PowerBI, PowerPoint)
